Our core values
define who we are

Lely has five core values. Values that guide us in how we behave in dealing with others. On the work floor among colleagues, interacting with our customers, at meetings with our business partners, when dealing with the press; independent of place and time we show our values through our actions. To achieve our mission and vision, we are guided by five core values that serve as a compass for how we behave: innovation, passion, respect, progress and honesty. 

For me personally the value respect is close to my heart because I think it is important to treat others how I want to be treated myself. Respect means for me being transparent while remaining connected with each other; this is who we are as a family run company.
